The Goldman Sachs secret Facebook pitch letter

It’s not often you come across something that is secret.  Keeping secret’s isn’t much fun is it? So let’s share with the world! Actually WSJ did it (*points finger!*), but thought I would collaborate in the fun. If I was an investor, I would be intrigued to invest in a company potentially worth $50 billion.  I would also be very worried at the same time.  As the old saying goes, “if it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t true.”  I mean, aren’t Goldman Sachs the same schmucks that knowingly contributed to the housing crisis we are still trying to recover from?  Read the no longer top secret memo after the jump.
