A tale of horrible customer service and a PR shitstorm

Last night I was reading about a momentous epic fail by a company that screwed over it’s customers and tried to flaunt it in their face. The company is Ocean Marketing, who does third-party peripheral marketing, in this particular situation, gaming controllers.
