Use Tilt to view web pages in 3D

This is an oldie but a goodie. I saw the release of Tilt last year, which is a Firefox addon. Tilt allows users to view any web page and spin, turn and tilt it with a three dimensional view. If you double click on any of the 3D nodes, you can view the element information which is helpful as well. But just for the sake of seeing a web page in 3D is pretty cool.

HTML5 gets a logo

Today W3C unveiled the brand new (currently unofficial) logo of HTML5.

HTML5 is the next version of HTML that is getting a lot of media recently, most notably for moving away from flash video support to HTML5 video support.  As I previously discussed here about IE being the ‘leader’ of HTML5 support, HTML5 is still years away from being fully released and supported by all modern browsers.
