Every Tuesday of every week, since 2009, Tumblr has spotlighted a few blogs in a staff post as part of “Tumblr Tuesdays”. The point of Tumblr Tuesdays is to bring recognition to bloggers on the social blogging platform and highlight the interesting, fun and exciting blogs.
A great article I previously highlighted defines curation as a person, or a group of people, engaged in choosing and presenting a collection of things related to a specific topic and context. On the other hand, aggregation employs software (algorithms) and machines (servers) to assemble a collection of things related to a specific topic and context.

Here is a great article I wanted to share. It’s about curating the web (something I am heavily into and an advocate for). The article written by Tom Foremski basically explains in layman’s terms what content curation is and the difference between aggregation and human curation.
