Pictured inset is a graphical representation of Joseph Kony, likened to Osama bin Laden and Adolf Hitler. I would say the comparison to Hitler is most appropriate, since Kony is a monster, just like how Hitler was one.

How Africa connects to the World (Infograph)

Have you ever wondered how Africa connects to the Internet?  Maybe not, but it’s astonishing how this feat is accomplished and in some cases, still being worked on.  Cables are set under water in the sea all around Africa.  In a detailed and impressive infographic by Steve Song, he illustrates all the cables along Africa connecting the continent to the rest of the world.  Most cables are installed and already live, but two are still in progress to be completed by the end of this year and in 2012.
