Gmail nows gives users the option to add a theme to their email. In the somewhat recent past Google allowed for themes to the Google Search page. Now it’s added to your inbox! You can use a preset theme by Google or create your own and even use your own background image. Just go to the settings icon on the top right, click settings and go to Themes to change yours.
