Juice your iPhone memory and battery with the iExpander

I’m not sure what I am more excited about in this new Kickstarter project, the iExpander. There are two amazing features that come with this accessory to your iPhone that will make your iPhone all the more better.

The first and what I think may be the most exciting is the memory. The iExpander allows for an 64GB SD card to be inserted into a slot, which will gives you tons more memory to your iPhone. So all those photos you take, just move them over to the SD card for later, or swap it out. You can toggle between the iPhone memory and the SD card so it’s super flexible. This should free up lots of space.

Second is the battery. The iExpander has a Li Polymer battery which essentially doubles your battery life. This should come in handy to anyone with an iPhone that knows, the battery only lasts so long. In addition to these two great features, the iExpander also helps with low light image capture. Prior to the iPhone 5 coming out, this was a problem on the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. If you still don’t have the new iphone 5, this should be an added benefit.

The iExpander appears to double the thickness of the iPhone, however it’s unclear on the weight. I can’t imagine it being heavy enough for it to be disadvantageous to all the great things mentioned above.
