These are some very interesting stats provided by Online Graduate Programs. Some aren’t too shocking such as people don’t like waiting for a website to load, and often abandon the site if it doesn’t load fast enough. For example, 50% of mobile users give up if the page won’t load after 10 seconds.

Even Google has tried to help webmasters make their mobile sites faster with Go Mo. Some stats though are a bit shocking, at least to me, such as Amazon potentially being able to lose $1.6 billion per year because of a one second web page delay - one second! Anyhow, here are the stats, enjoy.
