Tupac to perform live at Coachella with the power of holographic technology
You wouldn’t know that Tupac is dead by all the news that surrounds him year after year including unreleased music, photos and conspiracies. Unfortunately, Tupac is dead - but for this weekend, he will come back to life thanks to holographic technology.
Holograms are when you can project beams of light in the form of an image off of nearby objects using lasers, which will create the illusion of a three dimensional object, or person in this case. Holograms have seen there fair share of fame in movies, for example in Star Wars when a holographic image is projected from R2-D2 to relay a message to Obi Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker.
This weekend at the Coachella music festival, Dr. Dre is said to be planning on using a hologram of Tupac in the song California Love, so they can perform together live on stage. It should be interesting to say the least.
