If you were to weigh the Internet, how much would it weigh?
With the Internet being as big as it is, one would imagine the weight would be astronomical and could not possibly be calculated. Is it even possible to weigh a virtual network that isn’t tangible?
Apparently so, by weighing the mass of electrons in binary which is what all virtual information is made out of - Internet DNA if you will. With every email, video and image, it has weight. If you are to weigh the entire Internet and all information on it, it comes out to .2 millionths of an ounce which equates to the smallest grain of sand.
