ICYMI: the New Myspace officially launched today

Yep, you read that right. Myspace. It’s back (again, and again). It seems like every few months, it’s making some sort of come back. Well, now it’s official, and available to everyone.

Late last year, Myspace teased the New Myspace, with beta invite only, for users to test out the site. After many months of testing and feedback, it’s now live for the world to see. It’s also worth noting that there is no more old or “classic” Myspace. That’s gone now. It’s only the New Myspace, period.

All old accounts have been migrated over. I talked to a Myspace buddy of mine, and he let me know there may be some outliers with accounts that still need to be migrated, but everything should be done by the end of this week. So if you aren’t on the New Myspace just yet, it will happen very shortly.

Here’s the New Myspace launch video, featuring Pharrel. If you’re on Myspace, you can find me at myspace.com/bitshare.
