World's largest photo: Philosophical Library
In Prague, Czech Republic, the world’s largest photograph has been taken by photographer Jeffrey Martin. The photo is of the ancient Philosophical Library at Strahov Monastery which is 868 years old. Today is Robert Bunsen’s 200th birthday. If you didn’t know, just go Google and they have a special logo for him today to commemorate him. The Golden Gate Bridge speech
Last week TechCrunch posted a video of a 15 min speech by Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey. I finally got around to watching and it was well worth it. Very motivational speech and anybody should watch it, especially if you are a designer and/or engineer. Dorsey really nails home the message of design with this Golden Gate Bridge analogy. A real life Star Wars blaster ray gun

Yesterday Al Jazeera launched a new Twitter dashboard that tracks and shows in real time uprising in the Middle East. The dashboard shows total tweets today, average tweets per minute, shows actual tweets and has a graph that shows proportionally how much each countries uprising is on Twitter relative to each other. Drunken Nintendo Breathalyzer
This is probably the best use of an old Nintendo system I have ever seen! It’s called the Drunken-NES. It’s a drinking game developed just for the old 8-bit NES.
